Schisandra ( Schisandra chinensis) berries, butterfly pea ( Clitoria ternatea) flowers, red rose ( Rosa sp) petals*

In a base of non palm glycerine, distilled water and 10% alcohol to enhance shelf life.

HOW TO USE

Add fairy nectar to soda water, mocktails, juice, cocktails or any other drink to make an antioxidant rich beauty and vitality elixir

An alcohol and sugar free sweet herbal nectar containing my favourite flowers and berries - schisandra ,butterfly pea flower and the beautiful rose.

This lovely syrup is intended to bring a little herbal fairy joy to your sunny afternoons, a little floral magick into your summertime drinks. Simply add a few dropper fulls into a glass, add some soda or mineral water and maybe a few edible flowers and there you have it. A delicious and pretty drink, fit for fairies. If you are so inclined you could add to smoothies, or even to cocktails or tea if you so wish!

This glycerine extract is made by hand by Misty and utilises these three magickal ingredients:

Butterfly Pea Flower- The beautiful chameleon flower - butterfly pea flower changes from blue to purple when the pH is more acidic. It resonates with the throat chakra allowing you to commune and speak your inner truth with others. It calms the mind, protects on a cellular level and is also very pretty and gives off total fairy vibes.

Schisandra -Oh schisandra -I think if I was banished to a desert island and could only take one herb - it would be this beautiful five flavour berry. It is highly antioxidant and alongside this it is known to calm when things are tough, stimulate and protect digestion, enhance the pleasure of the body, brighten the mind and solidify soul connections. Cooling, calming and connecting.

Red Rose - The heart opener, rose is renowned for its ability to spark compassion, nurture empathy and conjure up romantic and emotional connection. It is the nurturing and wise flower teacher to turn to when things feel too big and daunting to face head on. A cool head in hot headed moments.

Why are these called Fairy Nectar? Well, to me, berries and flowers are the food of fairies. The spiritual nourishment that keeps them light and timeless and young in spirit and body. We could all do with a bit of that.

What does it taste like? On its own, its very sweet and ever so slightly sour. Added to drinks it has a very light flavour and colour and and lends itself to a summers day drink.
