Rose & ashwagandha bedtime drink

A nourishing drink perfect for ushering in bedtime. Ashwagandha calms and centres while rose and pearl open the heart and centres the emotions.

Ingredients

Makes two serves

  • 2 cups mylk

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1.5 teaspoons Misty Day Rose Powder

  • 1.5 teaspoons Misty Day Ashwagandha Powder

  • Six raspberries or strawberries – fresh or frozen

Method

  1. In a pot warm all the ingredients together except the coconut oil and maple syrup

  2. Stir in the maple syrup and strain if you want to

  3. Pour into a blender, add oil and blend

  4. Pour into a cup and top with petals
