LOVERS THICKSHAKE

Everyone loves a good chocolate thickshake. And most people know that a chocolate thickshake is only made better by the inclusion of peanut butter! What most people don't know is that this tasty little morsel can be turned into the best lovers treat by popping in a wee teaspoon of MDPP Lovers Brew.

Lovers Brew contains the very best organic shatavari- the womens stress and libido herb, damiana, the relaxing yet stimulating aphrodisiac herb and maca, the nutritive tonic, all rolled up with hibiscus and rose to open the heart and soul.

Ingredients

This will make a big shake to share ( or not!) or two smaller ones

• 1.5 cups almond mylk

• 1.5 frozen bananas

• 1 tablespoon raw cacao

• 2 heaped teaspoons peanut butter ( I used Fix & Fogg Fruit Toast)

• 2 teaspoons Lovers Brew

• Refrigerated coconut cream to top

Methods

Whizz this lot in the blender and top with whipped coconut cream. This is so freaking easy - just refrigerate coconut cream and then whip with a little maple.
