Blissed out hemp & rice square
Bliss Brew is definitely my all time fave. I mean, its the real deal as far as an adaptogenic, tonic blend goes to keep stress in check. I drink this darling brew every damn morning and I don't think its any coincidence that I have not even had one little sniffle this year. You see some of the key ingredients - ashwagandha, turmeric and he shou wu - are known to support healthy immunity while also being the stressed out gals best friend.
This little slice it pimped with Bliss and it gives it a gorgeous caramel type flavour, it gluten free and vegan and if I said I didn't eat it all in one day, I would be lying.
Ingredients
½ cup cashew, peanut or almond butter
4 cups puffed kamut or rice cereal
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
1/4 cup rice syrup
2 heaped teaspoons MDPP Bliss Brew
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
