Blissful Bliss Balls

Bliss balls are such a great energy dense snack when on the go. These babies are full of flavour and have the added benefits of being packed full of mood and energy boosting adaptogens for even energy throughout the day. Bliss in a ball!

Ingredients

Makes 12-15 serves

  • ½ cup cashew nuts

  • 2 cups medjool dates

  • ¼ cup chopped hazelnuts

  • 17g of Misty Day Bliss Brew

  • 2 ½ Tablespoons carob powder

  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt

Method

  1. Pulse the cashews, bliss brew, carob and salt in a food processor until fine

  2. Add in the dates, vanilla and hazelnut pieces

  3. Pulse until a sticky crumb is formed

  4. Roll into balls and store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks
