MAGICK COFFEE Mocha Hotcakes

Magick Coffee is a blend of four organic medicinal mushrooms alongside organic, fair trade coffee, perfect for those who want all the benefits of mushrooms and love an easy morning brew! You can use just as you would any instant coffee and it makes a beautiful addition to these vegan banana pancakes!

Ingredients

1 large ripe banana

1 cup plain flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

3 teaspoons Magick coffee

3/4 cup oat milk

Chocolate Maple Syrup

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoons cacao powder

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Heat a cast iron frying pan. Add a little butter.

When sizzling pour the mixture into the pan to create little pancakes.

Cook until golden and tender.

To make the chocolate syrup gently heat the maple syrup and cacao together and whisk to combine.

Serve with fresh berries, edible flowers and a generous drizzle of chocolate maple syrup.
