Ashwagandha Cinnamon Tea

Oh ashwagandha. A calm bay in a stormy sea. A warm hug from an old friend. A break in the rush. A lullaby.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of brewed rooibos

  • 1/2 cup of oat mylk

  • 2 tsp ashwagandha powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder ( freshly ground is best)

  • Maple to sweeten

METHOD

Blend or whisk all ingredients together until well combined and fluffy.
