Ashwagandha Cinnamon Tea
Oh ashwagandha. A calm bay in a stormy sea. A warm hug from an old friend. A break in the rush. A lullaby.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of brewed rooibos
1/2 cup of oat mylk
2 tsp ashwagandha powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder ( freshly ground is best)
Maple to sweeten
METHOD
Blend or whisk all ingredients together until well combined and fluffy.
