SHROOM BRAIN BUTTER
Okay- I am as guilty as the next person of getting a jar of Nutella "for the kids" and then after said kids have gone to bed, eating that whole damn jar while watching Bravo TV. Then of course lying about "spilling" it to the kids and then having to buy some more and then the Nutella cycle begins.
This is my attempt to break the Nutella cycle.
Its chocolatey, minty super easy to make, contains only wholefoods and also of course, some brain and immune boosting Shroom Brew. The shroomy brew has lions mane- shown to enhance brain function and mood, chaga- super antioxidant and immune modulator and gotu kola - a nervous system tonic. So basically this is brain food.
How to make?
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup cacao nibs
1/3 cup cacao butter melted
8 dates ( I just used the cheap ones)
2 teaspoons Shroom Brew
Water to get the right consistency ( about 1/3 cup)
Whizz the cashews and cacao nibs in the food processor until smoothish. Add in the melted cacao butter, dates, shroom brew and process. Add water until you get the consistency you are after.
Then feel free to spread on toast, on icecream, on pancakes, on your significant other or just eat straight out the jar like the boss you are.
