Pretty Raw Vegan Cake
Sundays seem to be baking day round here.
And this Sunday, I reckon Misty has done good!
Its a cake. Its vegan. Its got no artificial shit in it and its got a whole bunch of high antioxidant nutrients in it that are sure to get that skin glowing from within. And isnt it the prettiest lil thing in the land? Fit for a princess or a queen!! Now, there is no real definitive recipe. Be creative!
1 cup cashews
1 cup cranberries
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup maple syrup
Sweet William White Chocolate
How to make
Whizz the nuts up in the food processor until like breadcrumbs. Then add in the cranberries until it has a dough like consistency.
Press into a little spring form tin and pop in the freezer.
In a blender/processor blend up the soaked cashews with the coconut and maple until it has a creamy consistency. Then take out of the blender and separate into three bowls.
Use your creativity to mix up three different colours. You can blend Pretty Brew, butterfly pea and pitaya to make a dark purple antioxidant rich cashew creme. Pitaya to make a pink powerful creme and buttefly pea on its own for blue creme.
To assemble put random spoonfuls of different mixture onto the base and then top with one solid colour. Then put into the freezer for at least 4 hours but preferably overnight.
Melt chocolate and separate into different bowls, stir through some potions in each bowl to get your desired colours and then spoon into molds. Refrigerate to set.
Pull out of the freezer and arrange the hearts on top along with some flowers.
