Vegan Sugar free Adaptogenic Bites
These have got to be the easiest treats to make!
And did I mention they are sugar free, vegan and keto friendly? YUP.
And they are packed full of chaga for energy, stress adaptation and immunity, alongside lions mane for the old brain function and gotu kola to stop that wandering brain ( I knew there was a reason this is my spirit herb ) And good old ashwagandha which calms while supporting optimal energy. Could you ask for more?
Ingredients
White Coconut Choc
1 cup coconut oil - melted
1 cup coconut milk powder
1 tablespoon of your choice of sweetener ( I use stevia )
Peanut Butter Layer
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon Shroom
1 tablespoon Ashwagandha
Sweeten to taste
Method
Whizz up all the white chocolate ingredients in the blender. Use half to pour into little cupcake moulds. Go up to 1/3 full. Put into the freezer and set aside the other half of the mixture
Then whizz up all of the ingredients for the peanut butter layer. Layer this on top of the white choc mix and then freeze. Should only take 15 minutes.
Remove from freezer and pour over the rest of the white chocolate mix. Freeze overnight or for a few hours and you have yourself some treats for the week!!
You could also use these as a base for a hot drink - just whizz with some hot water!
