Man, this is the rainiest day I can remember.
Its now nearly midday and showing no signs of abating.
So mini Misty and I have folded all the mountains of washing, watched What Now and ate cakes for breakfast.
Say What? Cake for breakfast? Hell yes!!
These are the easiest mug cakes around and are low carb, sugar free and gluten and grain free.
You can easily add shroom brew or bliss brew to the mix to make little adaptogenic cakes or you can break out the colours and use pitaya, cosmic, butterfly pea or rose like we did here.
2 Tbsp. butter or coconut oil if you want dairy free
2 Tbsp. almond flour
2 Tbsp. of your fave Misty Day Powder - Pitaya, Cosmic, Shroom, Bliss
1 1/2 Tbsp. stevia or your fave sweetener
2 tsp. coconut flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder
How to make them...
Melt the butter in the microwave for 25 seconds in the cup.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Microwave for 60-75 seconds.
Decorate with fruit and flowers!
